A significant proportion of work completed requires suitable foundations, structural concrete and minor building or in the case of pipeline replacement and repair necessitating the need for deep excavations and reinstatement.

These tasks require employ skilled and competent personnel who can undertake concrete and building work and excavate services in roadways and company premises.

Undertaking such work requires our civils employees are trained and competent to work in the following environments, (Confined space working, confined space rescue, deep excavation and support systems, working at height) it also requires they are competent to operate a range of equipment be it (trench support, hydraulic excavators, dumpers, compactors, pumps, ventilators etc.

A degree of grounds and buildings maintenance falls within their remit in the form of (roof, door and window repair and boundary fencing)
